CRAIG'S STORY
30+ years in the dessert section
Our founder and sought-after pastry chef, Craig Barton, has always had a passion for flavour and delighting diners.
Barton refined his palate by advancing through the prestigious kitchens of The Ritz and Mandarin Oriental, which led him to become a development chef, originating recipes for stylish food brands like Leon.


Having sharpened his inventive talent and production management practices, Barton set up his own venture where he continues to guide culinary creations alongside an experienced development chef.
Now, with a talented team behind the scenes, All About Desserts blends flavour, texture, and style to help global brands outclass their competitors.
